Property Hub is a rental listings app. You can browse listings as a guest — an account is only required to save Favorites or request a callback from a listing agent. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
1. Information We Collect
Browsing (no account needed)
You can search and view listings without registering. We collect basic usage data — pages viewed, searches run, device and browser type — to keep the app working and to understand which listings and locations people are interested in.
Account & Registration
If you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text). You can create an account with an email/password or via a third-party sign-in (Facebook, Google, or Apple).
Favorites
Properties you save to Favorites are linked to your account so your shortlist is there next time you open the app.
Call Requests
When you tap “Request a Call” or call an agent directly, we collect your phone number and share it — along with the listing you asked about — with the agent responsible for that property, so they can call you back.
Contact Form
If you message us through the Contact page, we collect your name, email, and message content to respond to you.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate the app — show listings, save Favorites, process call requests.
- Connect you with the listing agent for a property you're interested in.
- Respond to support requests and messages sent through the Contact page.
- Understand usage patterns to improve search, listings, and app performance.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who We Share It With
- Listing agents — only for the property you contact them about, and only your name and phone number (or email, if you use the email action).
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, we use a third-party email provider to deliver messages sent through our Contact form).
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Property Hub, our users, or the public.
Ratings are shown per property, never tied to an individual agent.
4. Data Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile, saved Favorites, and stored contact details, except where we're required to retain records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
5. Your Rights & Choices
You can, at any time:
- Browse as a guest without creating an account.
- Review and update your account details from your profile.
- Remove properties from your Favorites.
- Request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us on the Contact page.
6. Children's Privacy
Property Hub is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information protected.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date above whenever we do.
